Our two pound, moist, naturally-leavened, French country bread is made with stone milled, boulted, organic Red Turkey wheat and organic spelt. Its delicate tang and heirloom wheat flavor make an excellent keeping bread.

SEEDED LEVAIN

 

Hearty and full of flavor, our seeded levain is laden with organic flax, sesame and sunflower.

CIABATTA

 

Perfect for sandwiches or your favorite olive oil, this Italian classic has a crispy crust and a fluffy, open crumb.

SEEDED RYE

 

 

100% NC grown, organic Wren's Abruzzi Rye creates this dense Scandinavian bread. This rye has been grown in NC since the eighteenth century. Flax, sesame and sunflower seeds create a rich and meaty flavor. Traditionally stored in root cellars, it keeps for weeks if tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
