All pre-ordered items will be available for pick-up from 7 am - 4 pm on Wednesday, November 27th.

Our simple, traditional Apple Pie ($30) is made with NC apples and our fresh-milled, fresh-sifted red turkey wheat pie crust. We add just a little nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, and lemon zest, because apple pie on Thanksgiving is a sacred moment, and we will treat it as such.

Our brown-butter Sweet Potato Pie ($28) uses that same fresh-milled red turkey wheat pie crust, but it's filled to the brim with NC sweet potatoes, a little cream, cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg. If you didn't know, the sweet potato is North Carolina's state vegetable, and our farmers grow more of them than any other state in the nation.

New this year is our bright and citrusy Lemon Chess Pie ($29) made with organic lemons (zested and juiced), raw sugar, buttermilk, eggs, salt, and cornmeal. Best served cold and topped with whipped cream, it's a non-traditional offering for all those guests who never liked pumpkin spice anyway.

Our Yeast Rolls (6 for $6 or 12 for $11) are a Thanksgiving staple: light and tender with a surprising depth of flavor from our high-fat, high-flavor European butter and fresh-milled wheat. But they always sell out first, so snag some soon!

Our soft and supple Einkorn Pan Loaf ($9.50) is specifically designed for leftover turkey sandwiches. If you cut your slices a little thick, it will even hold up to mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce...

And our Assorted Pastry Box ($31) makes the perfect Thanksgiving breakfast, so you can spend more time with your loved ones. Each box includes 8 pastries: 2 morning buns, 2 chocolate croissants, 1 croissant, 1 scone, 1 apricot jam pinwheel, and 1 raspberry jam pinwheel. (No substitutions, please!)

All our other offerings for the day -- including levain loaves, sesame pan loaves, pastries, and grits bread -- will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not bake baguettes or ciabatta.

All items will be available for pick-up from 7 am - 4 pm on Wednesday, November 27th.

Just a reminder...

We use 100% organic grain. We stone-mill almost all of it ourselves. Our eggs come from pasture-raised, organic-fed chickens. Our dairy is local. Our chocolate comes from Escazu. We use products and produce that we believe in. We hope you can taste the love in there.

Thanks for making us part of your Thanksgiving table.
